Prosun Das is a Recruitment Strategist, entrepreneur, and mentor with over 25 years of real-world professional experience. His journey began in leading organizations such as Nestlé, GSK, and HCL, and he played a key role in launching telecom brands like Aircel, Virgin Mobile, and MTS in West Bengal, working closely with people, markets, and teams on the ground.
In 2015, he founded Canoe Consulting Services, driven by a simple insight—careers grow when the right people meet the right opportunities. Over the years, he has helped Corporates, MSMEs, and Startups build stronger teams and sustainable businesses.
With the same purpose, Prosun launched Canoe Learning Institute (CLI) to prepare students for the real workplace—focusing on practical skills, confidence, and people management that textbooks often miss.
